Hi, I'm Penny, mum of three lovely girls and family photographer based in East Sheen, South West London.

As a mum, I truly understand the value of photographs that you can treasure forever. I have been capturing these moments since the birth of my first daughter in 2009.

Family life can become so busy that there is barely time to take stock. Babies quickly become toddlers and before you know it you're waving them off on their first day of school - blink and you'll miss it! That's why I love taking photographs, it is an amazing feeling to create family photos that will become treasured memories.

My style of photography is natural and relaxed. I don't use any backdrops, flash or fancy props, just myself, my camera, you and your children having fun and, most importantly, being you. 

For babies and young children I recommend a shoot in your own home, all I need is a large window or door so that we can make the most of the natural light on offer. For older children and families, an outdoor venue works well or a mix of the two.

Before I had children, I worked in sport sponsorship and marketing and was lucky enough to meet some amazing and inspirational photographers, all of whom fuelled my passion for photography.
